The eight town planning scheme records
The Development Plan sanctioned on 10 September 2012 divides the region into six town planning schemes. Two preliminary schemes, 2/A and 4/A, exist as separately signed sheets. Three of the eight carry a scheme document, two carry a notification, and four are known only as a numbered row with an area against it.

Every value above is tagged OFFICIAL in the dataset, meaning it is stated in a government document. Nothing in this dataset is reported or targeted. Areas are dated 10 September 2012, the date the Development Plan came into force.

What the six areas add up to

The six rows sum to 422.42 sq km. The 2009 notification fixes the Special Investment Region at 879.3377 sq km, a difference of 456.9177 sq km. No supplied document explains that difference, and this atlas does not reconcile it. The sum and the difference are arithmetic performed here on quoted values, which is why both are labelled as derived.
Schemes 2/A and 4/A have no area at all in the source set. The TP TABLE carries rows for schemes 1 to 6 only, and neither preliminary sheet states an area on its face.
What the register does not contain
- No scheme document or notification was supplied for schemes 2, 4, 5 or 6. They appear only as numbered rows with an area.
- No village list exists in the source set for schemes 2, 4, 5 and 6.
- The scheme 1 gazette page ends mid sentence at the words Apex Authority (GIDB) hereby, so no sanction is claimed for scheme 1 here.
- No plot count, final plot schedule, boundary coordinate or F Form was extractable from any supplied file. The scheme drawings themselves carry the note that they should not be used for measurements.
- Whether any scheme has since progressed to a final scheme cannot be determined from the supplied 2012 and 2013 documents.
